Als zelfstandige coupeuse streef ik er naar om je de beste ervaring te bieden, daarom is communicatie voor mij ook erg belangrijk. Tijdens het proces krijg je verschillende updates van hoe het kostuum er uit ziet.
Om alles zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen, vraag ik ook van jou om zo duidelijk mogelijk te communiceren. Mocht je bijvoorbeeld verhindert zijn op de dag dat we een doorpas gepland hebben staan, laat dit dan op tijd weten. Ook als je voor een langere tijd om welke reden dan ook niet met mij kunt communiceren, geef dit dan ook op tijd aan (een kort zinnetje is prima!) zodat ik niet met de planning in de knoop raak.

As an independant seamstress it's important for me to give you the best experience possible, that's why communication is very important to me. During the process you'll get several progress pictures of the costume.
To make everything run as smooth as possible, I also ask you to communicate as best as possible. If you for example can't come to an appointment for some reason, please let me know as soon as possible. If you for some reason can't communicate for a longer time, please let me know beforehand (even a short sentence is fine!) so I won't have to struggle with the planning.

Atelier Pastelchan is an LGBTQ+ friendly atelier. Next to regular costumes, I also accept requests for drag, genderbend/genderswap designs, crossdress designs and a limited amount of non-standard underwear and lingerie. Note: due to safety reasons, I will not make binders.
